A one-day event where people of all ages and physical abilities join together and participate in a variety of adaptive sports, recreation, and fitness activities. The expo also hosts a community resource fair with local businesses and organization who provide services and/or support the disability community in a variety of capacities. A one-day paratriathlon clinic for individuals of all ages who have a physical disability or visual impairment, of all skill level/experience with triathlon (beginner to elite). It will be a full day of adaptive swimming, cycling, and running/pushing training, education on equipment and technique, and a time to get to know others in the community!
